Refund Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened with the manufacturer seal intact, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: All clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@vapebest.ca. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive the wrong item or an item that is physically damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you. For products that develop a manufacturing defect or malfunction under normal use, please refer to our 30-Day Device & Disposable Warranty below. 30-Day Device & Disposable Warranty Devices, including pod devices, and disposables are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for eligible manufacturing defects or product malfunctions occurring under normal use. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@vapebest.ca within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number along with a short video clearly demonstrating the issue. We may request additional photos, product information, serial or batch information, or require the defective product to be returned for further verification. Please keep the product until your warranty claim has been fully reviewed and resolved. Claims may be denied if the product is discarded before verification can be completed. All warranty claims are subject to review and approval. Providing a video, photo, or other supporting evidence does not automatically guarantee approval. For approved warranty claims, customers may choose one of the following resolution options: Free replacement with your next order: The approved replacement item will be included with your next order at no additional replacement shipping cost. Immediate replacement: The replacement item may be shipped separately. A $10 shipping credit will be applied toward the replacement shipping cost. Any remaining shipping cost above $10 will be the customer's responsibility. 100% store credit: Store credit equal to 100% of the purchase price actually paid for the eligible defective item, excluding shipping charges and other non-product fees. Only one resolution will be provided for each approved warranty claim. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental or physical damage, improper storage, improper use, tampering, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or any other customer-caused damage. This warranty applies only to eligible product defects or malfunctions and does not cover dissatisfaction, personal preference, or change-of-mind returns. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: E-liquids, pods, disposables, and any item containing e-liquid Any opened, used, discounted, sale, or promotional items Gift cards Any product with a broken manufacturer seal Please note: Final sale status does not prevent an eligible defective device, pod device, or disposable from being considered under our 30-Day Device & Disposable Warranty. Warranty claims remain subject to verification and approval. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping Compensation & Investigation Guidelines Lost Package If your package has not been delivered within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@vapebest.ca. Our Customer Service team will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Marked as Delivered but Not Received or Damaged If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@vapebest.ca within 5 days of delivery. Please provide your order details. For damaged shipments, please also provide photos of the package and the affected product. Additional information may be requested, and you may be required to cooperate with the carrier during the investigation. Delivery Issue Handling For the delivery issues described above, we will assist with the investigation process. Investigations may take up to 14 business days. Once the investigation is completed, and depending on the carrier's findings and the eligibility of the claim, we may arrange a reshipment or issue a refund as appropriate. Age Requirement VapeBest only sells to customers who are 21 years of age or older. Customers must also meet all applicable federal, provincial, or territorial legal age requirements for the purchase of vaping products.
