We will still partially cover your shipping cost to support our customers:
Orders $99–$199 → We cover $20
Orders $200–$299 → We cover $40
Orders $300–$499 → We cover $50
…and so on.
If the shipping cost exceeds the covered amount, we will email you for the difference. If there's no response within 5 business days(please check your spam folder), your order will be automatically shipped via Canada Post (standard service, which may be slower than your original selection).

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the shipment is in the possession of the carrier. For delivery updates, delays, address changes, or delivery concerns, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For orders placed on Fridays with Purolator Express selected, VapeBest will make the shipment available for carrier pickup before 2:00 PM PST. Once the package has been transferred to Purolator, all delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's processing and service terms.
Purolator may not process or scan shipments until the next business day, which may result in delivery after the weekend.
VapeBest is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order in a timely manner.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines, handling, and transit conditions are managed by the carrier.
While we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit, we will always assist you in filing claims with the carrier whenever possible.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (Wrong address, Failure to pick up, Underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+, depending on your province or state) option on every single package, with no exceptions.
Because we utilize this option for all shipments, the signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.
Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to the Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined will NOT receive a refund.
We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. - Every package leaving our facilities will require to be age-verified, by Canadian law. Only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else
SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Deliveries take place every day except for Sundays, and holidays. Deliveries will arrive to you between 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
You must present a valid government-issued ID showing that you meet the legal age for vaping in your province (18 or 19, depending on location). Failure to do so will result in a failed delivery and an additional $8.00 to re-attempt delivery on a future day. Please be sure you are available to receive the delivery.
You will receive an email and a text message stating that your order is on the way about 30 minutes before your delivery.
SIGN-OFF SIGNATURE SERVICE
To ensure your order is delivered safely and securely, we provide a Sign-off Signature Service. When you receive the product, the delivery person will ask you to sign the receipt to confirm delivery. This step helps us verify that the item has been successfully delivered and ensures you can enjoy after-sales services without any issues.
Please Note:
Check for damages upon receipt. If you notice any damage or issues with the product during delivery, please immediately inform the delivery person and document the condition.
Refusing to sign. If you fail to check the product at the time of delivery or have any concerns, please contact us for further assistance.
SHIPPING COMPENSATION &INVESTIGATION GUIDELINES
If your package has not been delivered within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@vapebest.ca. Our Customer Service team will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@vapebest.ca within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. For damaged items, please also provide photos of the package and the product, and you may need to coordinate with the carrier for further communication.
For the above delivery issues, we will assist you in resolving the matter. The investigation process may take up to 14 business days, and once completed, we will arrange reshipment or issue a refund based on the investigation results.
