RETURN & REFUND POLICY — REFUND POLICY — We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened with the manufacturer seal intact, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. For any return questions, please contact info@vapebest.ca. — DAMAGES & ISSUES — Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive the wrong item or an item that is physically damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you. For products that develop a manufacturing defect or malfunction under normal use, please refer to our 30-Day Device & Disposable Warranty below. — 30-DAY DEVICE & DISPOSABLE WARRANTY — Devices, including pod devices and disposables, are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for eligible manufacturing defects or product malfunctions occurring under normal use. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@vapebest.ca within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number along with a short video clearly demonstrating the issue. We may request additional photos, product information, serial or batch information, or require the defective product to be returned for further verification. Please keep the product until your warranty claim has been fully reviewed and resolved. Claims may be denied if the product is discarded before verification can be completed. All warranty claims are subject to review and approval. Providing a video, photo, or other supporting evidence does not automatically guarantee approval. For approved warranty claims, customers may choose one of the following resolution options: • Free replacement with your next order: The approved replacement item will be included with your next order at no additional replacement shipping cost. • Immediate replacement: The replacement item may be shipped separately. A $10 shipping credit will be applied toward the replacement shipping cost. Any remaining shipping cost above $10 will be the customer's responsibility. • 100% store credit: Store credit equal to 100% of the purchase price actually paid for the eligible defective item, excluding shipping charges and other non-product fees. Only one resolution will be provided for each approved warranty claim. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental or physical damage, improper storage, improper use, tampering, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or other customer-caused damage. This warranty applies only to eligible product defects or malfunctions and does not cover dissatisfaction, personal preference, or change-of-mind returns. — EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS — For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: • E-liquids, pods, disposables, and any item containing e-liquid • Any opened, used, discounted, sale, or promotional items • Gift cards • Any product with a broken manufacturer seal Final sale status does not prevent an eligible defective device, pod device, or disposable from being considered under our 30-Day Device & Disposable Warranty. Warranty claims remain subject to verification and approval. — EXCHANGES — The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. — REFUNDS — We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. SHIPPING POLICY — IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTICE — Delivery and transit times shown at checkout are carrier-generated estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may take longer than the estimate shown at checkout, including for Express and Expedited shipping services. Shipping charges reflect the shipping service selected and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, service level, remote or rural locations, carrier processing, weather, peak shipping periods, service disruptions, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond VapeBest's reasonable control. — FREE SHIPPING POLICY — Our Free Shipping threshold is $99+ before tax. We will still partially cover your shipping cost to support our customers: • Orders $99–$199: We cover $20 • Orders $200–$299: We cover $40 • Orders $300–$499: We cover $50 • And so on If the shipping cost exceeds the covered amount, we will email you for the difference. If there is no response within 5 business days, please check your spam folder. Your order may then be automatically shipped via Canada Post standard service, which may be slower than your original selection. All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. — ORDER PROCESSING — Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. — PUROLATOR EXPRESS — FRIDAY ORDERS — For orders placed on Fridays with Purolator Express selected, VapeBest will make the shipment available for carrier pickup before 2:00 PM PST. Once the package has been transferred to Purolator, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's processing and service terms. Purolator may not process or scan shipments until the next business day, which may result in delivery after the weekend. — SHIPPING & DELIVERY SUPPORT — VapeBest is committed to preparing and dispatching every order accurately and in a timely manner. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines, handling, and transit are managed by the carrier and may be affected by circumstances beyond VapeBest's reasonable control. VapeBest is not responsible for carrier-related delays or transit issues, except where required by applicable law. This also applies to orders that originally qualified for free or discounted shipping. — PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED — Proof of age may be required for VapeBest shipments in accordance with applicable carrier and legal requirements. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery or pickup. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package may be taken to a carrier pickup location where proof of age may be required before release. If a package is returned to VapeBest because required age verification could not be completed, the original outbound shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund. Age-verification requirements cannot be removed where they are required by law or carrier policy. — SAME-DAY DELIVERY — Deliveries take place every day except Sundays and holidays. Deliveries generally arrive between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM. You must present a valid government-issued ID showing that you meet the legal age requirement for vaping products in your province. Failure to complete required age verification may result in a failed delivery and an additional $8.00 fee for a future delivery attempt. You will normally receive an email and text message approximately 30 minutes before your delivery. — SIGNATURE SERVICE — A signature may be required to confirm successful delivery. Please inspect your package for visible damage upon receipt. If you notice damage or another delivery issue, please document the condition and contact us for assistance. SHIPPING COMPENSATION & INVESTIGATION GUIDELINES — LOST PACKAGE — If your package has not been delivered within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@vapebest.ca. Our Customer Service team will assist you with a carrier investigation or claim where applicable. — MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED OR DAMAGED — If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building management, and the carrier's tracking information. If the package is still missing, please contact info@vapebest.ca within five (5) days of the marked delivery date to be eligible for a claim. Reports made after this period may not qualify for investigation or compensation. For damaged items, please also provide photos of the package and affected product. Additional information may be requested, and you may be required to cooperate with the carrier during the investigation. — DELIVERY ISSUE HANDLING — VapeBest will assist with the investigation process for eligible delivery issues. Investigations may take up to 14 business days. Once the investigation is completed, and depending on the carrier's findings and the eligibility of the claim, we may arrange a reshipment or issue a refund as appropriate. — AGE REQUIREMENT — VapeBest only sells to customers who meet all applicable federal, provincial, or territorial legal age requirements for the purchase of vaping products.
